Get more Natural Electrolytes!
I’ve been trying to increase my water intake in the past few months. Here’s my “almost daily” regiment.
💧64 oz filtered water
1 pinch Celtic sea salt
🍋1 slice lemon
2-3 drops maple syrup

I really notice a difference on the days I make sure to drink this much water vs. the days that I only drink coffee, tea, wine, etc. ;) try it!
