  • LATE OR MISSED VISITS

    The full session fee may apply

    Appointments canceled with less notice, missed entirely, or arriving more than 15 minutes late are responsible for the full session fee because missed visits cannot be billed to insurance.

  • HOLDING YOUR APPOINTMENT

    A credit card is required

    Your card holds your appointment and will not be charged unless the policy above applies.
